Customising an EMS Fascia Gun: OEM, ODM and Private-Label Options
Firmware is where an EMS fascia gun gets its character, and it is also the cheapest thing to change. Where the real limits of a custom programme sit.
In an EMS fascia gun, the parts a user notices most are software: how the speed ramps, how the stimulation pulses, whether the two modes can run together and how the device signals that contact is good. None of that requires tooling, which makes firmware the most efficient customisation available.
Appearance work follows the usual pattern: colour, finish, logo, retail box and head set. Because the platform is already certified for both the percussion and the stimulation circuits, cosmetic changes carry very little schedule risk.
Mechanical changes are more expensive than they look. Altering amplitude requires new linkage parts and a fresh drop test. Altering the electrode geometry changes the current path and invalidates the stimulation safety assessment, which is the point at which a custom programme stops being a configuration exercise.
The most valuable change most buyers overlook is the accessory strategy. Which heads ship, in what materials, with what printed guidance, decides whether the multi-head promise reads as genuine utility or as packaging filler.
Aolemon runs OEM, ODM and private-label programmes on its combined EMS and percussion platforms from Hangzhou, with configurable firmware covering both modes, and will say plainly which requests require new certification before taking the order.
