Getting the Most from Your AOZ-901 LED Light Panel: Routine & Tips
Learn how to optimize your AOZ-901 LED panel with simple routines and practical tips for better lighting every day.
Find the Right Position for Your Panel
The placement of your AOZ-901 matters more than you might think. Position the panel at a 45-degree angle to your face or subject rather than directly in front. This creates natural shadows and depth. Keep the center of the panel slightly above eye level to reduce harsh glare under the eyes. Distance is equally important: start at about one to two meters, then adjust. Too close will wash out details; too far will make the light feel weak. For video calls, place it just out of camera frame, angled downward. For reading or crafting, point it over your shoulder so the light hits the material without casting shadows from your hands. A little experimentation will find the sweet spot for your room.
Build a Daily Brightness and Color Routine
Your eyes and body respond to light temperature throughout the day. In the morning, set the AOZ-901 to a cooler color temperature, around 5000–6500K, with higher brightness. This mimics daylight and helps you feel alert. By late afternoon, switch to a warm setting near 2700–3000K and lower the intensity. This signals your body to wind down. If your panel has memory presets, save two or three common setups—for example, "work," "relax," and "focus." Then you can switch with one tap instead of fiddling with dials. Consistency is key
